Ros Holland is Chief Executive of the Boaz trust, a Manchester based organisation working to end destitution among people seeking sanctuary. Prior to joining Boaz, Ros worked with marginalised children and young people in Devon and before that, she worked for Tearfund on their Children at Risk programme. She is passionate about seeing people and organisations thrive and flourish. Ros lives with her husband and their two teenagers in Bolton, where she also enjoys running (slowly) and volunteering at her local parkruns. Ros is a member of St Philips Chapel Street Church in Salford, and she is a trustee of a new charity linked to the church, working with women who are seeking to leave the sex industry.
